Casey Cavell

Entrepreneur, Jesus Follower, & Advisor

Hi, I'm Casey Cavell!

About Casey Cavell

Casey Cavell is an award-winning entrepreneur, Jesus follower, and trusted advisor to those looking to reach their highest potential.

He attributes his success to his parents, who taught him the value of hard work and diligence, and to the team of trusted advisors he has surrounded himself with.

Casey is a serial entrepreneur. He started his first company at the age of 21 and since then, he has started, bought, invested, and operated over two dozen businesses in various industries.

After a business he founded was acquired, Casey became passionate about helping others achieve the same level of success. He created Legacy 4:12, which consists of an entrepreneurial team of advisors, mentors, investors, and experts who are called to serve the growth-minded entrepreneur.

Casey is also a former college baseball player-turned coach who used the game of baseball to reach youth through his baseball academies in Georgia. He’s now focused on impacting college baseball players and coaches through Turn2 Ministries, which “leads baseball players and coaches in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.”

Casey and his wife, Konny, are proud residents of Atlanta, Ga.

Casey Cavell's Testimony

Casey Cavell’s talk at the Concordia Lutheran High School Alumni Awards reception where he received the Neale M. Shank Award. June 1st, 2019.

Casey Cavell, a 2003 graduate and business leader, is being awarded the Neale M. Shank Award. The Neale M. Shank Award, named in honor of an alumnus who died while serving in Iraq, honors those younger than 40 who have made significant contributions to their given career, community, church or the high school.

Cavell has owned more than a dozen businesses in a variety of fields: retail centers, apartment complexes, self-storage facilities, a furniture company, a restaurant, and five baseball and softball academies among others. His specialty is to purchase and transform underperforming businesses as well as helping local entrepreneurs achieve their potential. Because of this passion, he founded Legacy 4:12.

After leaving Concordia, he began his college career at Goshen College but continued at Purdue University with a communication major while earning a real estate license. He chose to start a real estate business rather than finishing his degree.

Along with serving in his career, he also serves in his community with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and his local church. He and his wife Konstance currently live in Atlanta.

Are you a Visionary or an Integrator?

“Plans fail when there is no counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.” - Proverbs 15:22

I firmly believe the reason that I have had the success that I have had in my life is because of those that I surround myself with. I challenge you to ask yourself who are you spending time with, what are you watching, and what are you reading?

It has been said that you will never amount to more than the sum of five people you spend the most time with. I encourage you to remain in contact and stay in fellowship with those you want to be like. Find a mentor, stay in touch, and enjoy life to the fullest.

The resources provided below are some of the items that have helped me become a more loving, caring, and genuine person! I hope they help you do the same.
